The rhythms, power and beauty of the natural world have always been my inspiration and sanctuary. Working primarily in oils, my paintings have evolved from imagined landscape to pure abstraction and on to abstracted land and waterscapes. In weaving intuition with intellect my work becomes a product of both intent and accident.

 

Subjects I choose have been inspired by travel and events throughout the world. In my current work, I hope to convey to others an appreciation of the spiritual essence and power of Nature. Such a valuable resource begs the need to preserve and protect it from wanton or thoughtless destruction.
